Symbol Copy

For names, bios & a little personality

A collection of copy-and-paste text tools for social profiles, game names, and the messages you send every day. Type a name to try Unicode lettering, browse a symbol collection, or copy a blank character and check the result. Text transformations happen in your browser, without an account or an upload. The destination app decides which characters it accepts, so each tool includes practical notes on readability and compatibility. A style that looks right here can still look different on a friend’s phone. Always check the pasted result before saving a profile, and keep important information in ordinary, readable text. English tools cover the full collection; Japanese pages focus on familiar profile decorations and text faces.

Practical calculators and reference tables for dates, ages, and everyday life in Japan. Convert a Japanese era date, check school entry and graduation years for a résumé, or plan around a family celebration. The calculations run on your device, and the explanations distinguish completed age from traditional counted age. Relevant pages link to official sources and state their date or year of reference. Four English tools help with Japanese dates and forms, while the wider collection is written for Japanese readers. Reference tables can be checked at a glance, and supporting articles explain the cases that a single number cannot. For an application, ceremony, or deadline, follow the instructions of the organisation receiving your form; local arrangements can differ from a general calculation.

Useful is a practice, not a promise.

A small tool should be clear about what it does, where its information comes from, and what it cannot tell you. These are the habits behind our services.

    The work happens in your browser.

    Our calculators and text transformations run on your device. You do not need to create a profile, sign in, or upload your input to a calculation server. Some tools can remember a preference or a birthday in local browser storage when you choose to save it. That is separate from site analytics and advertising, which are explained in each service’s privacy policy. Clearing site data removes those local preferences.

    Show the source. Explain the limits.

    When a result depends on a calendar rule or a public convention, we link to the relevant source and identify the reference year or review date. Explanations sit alongside the tools rather than replacing them. A calculated school year is a starting point, not proof of attendance. A decorative character is text, not an installed font. Those distinctions help you decide whether a result fits your situation.

  3. 03

    Keep the small details current.

    Year-based information is reviewed at least once a year, with corrections when published information changes or an error is confirmed. Before releasing a change, we check relevant calculations, page links, and representative mobile layouts. The updates page records meaningful additions and corrections instead of every code change. If something looks wrong, send us the page address and a made-up example that shows the problem. Please leave out personal records.

    Keep the tool easy to reach.

    The useful action belongs near the top of the page, with readable controls and explanations below. On supported reference tables, print styles make it easier to keep a paper copy. This studio hub carries no ads. Individual services may use advertising to support maintenance; any placements must stay distinct from the controls and must not cover the task you came to do. Their own policies explain the details.
